The GKX Membership
Global KnowleX (GKX) operates on an association-based model, where students and parents are considered members of our community. A GKX membership is therefore required to book our services and ensures access to essential information about living and studying in Denmark.
Four Types of Membership
To ensure you get the most out of your journey, we offer four ways to access our services.
Some families prefer the peace of mind that comes with our Full Support Package, while others enjoy the flexibility of a Support Pass with Credits. You can also choose our On-Demand Support for urgent needs or our Digital Access for limited access to further support.
More About the Memberships
As a GKX member, you have full or partial access to the following services.

Our “Living in Denmark” platform: Find a wide range of articles about living in Denmark.

The Student Community (under development): Online community with GKX students and parents.

Parent Orientations (e-mails): Get updates on practical aspects of student life in Denmark, as well as insights on intercultural adaptation and common challenges throughout the year.

Program Admission: Guidance on choosing a study program, application support, accommodation arrangements, etc.

Personal Support: Individual assistance for students and parents

Administrative Support: Assistance with EU residence registration, Danish ID number (CPR), booking of healthcare appointments, and more.

Events and Activities: Activities before and after arrival, including the monthly GKX meeting.

Guardian Services: Local contact families, access require access to some “mandatory” service.

Explore Plus Services: Services not included in your program, but available in our online shop.

How it Works

Order your membership by emailing info@gkx.dk or sign up here.

You receive an invoice for the amount stated. When your payment is registered, you receive an e-mail confirming your membership granting you access to the services included.

Book a services by emailing info@gkx.dk. The date and details of the service will then be arranged, and an order confirmation will be sent.

When choosing Gold Support Pass:

Each credit represents a value of € 150.

The first two credits are reserved for the GKX membership (to be renewed each school year), which includes access to the Living in Denmark Platform, the student community, and Parent Orientation E-mails.

The credits can be used for the services listed in the service overview according to the number of clips indicated for each service.

Services are booked by emailing info@gkx.dk. The date and details of the service will then be arranged, and an order confirmation will be sent.

Unused credits are transferred to the following school year. Please note that at the beginning of each school year, two credits will be deducted for the renewal of your GKX Membership.

When the credits have been used up, a new Support Pass can be ordered by contacting info@gkx.dk.

Unused credits cannot be refunded upon completion of studies, but they may be transferred to a younger student.
