About Step 1
​To ensure that candidates meet the basic requirements regarding age, nationality and academic level, we have developed a simple assessment that quickly gives you an indication of whether it makes sense to continue exploring your options for upper secondary education in Denmark.
 
By taking the free test, you confirm that:

✔  You agree that GKX may contact you after the test with further information about our support programs.

About Step 2

• Test 2 focuses on your overall maturity and readiness to study in Denmark, including a short video introduction and a self-assessment covering key areas of student life.
   

• You can continue directly to Step 2 after completing Step 1 if your result indicates that you are eligible to apply for Pre-IB or the IB Diploma Program.
   

• Your test result will show either an Expected or Possible Chance of Admission if your estimated chances are above 85%, and we encourage you to take Step 2 as soon as possible.
   

• If your result is Limited, admission may still be possible. In this case, your final assessment will depend more on your Step 2 results, but we still encourage you to continue, as we also aim to guide and support students with a less academic profile.
   

• Once we have reviewed your complete assessment, we will contact you with your final test result and admission prospects including a payment link to pay the personal guidance.

Professional Feedback on your admission chances:

• After we receive your admission test, we will contact you with an initial confirmation of your test result.

• The email will include a link to book your Zoom consultation, together with payment information for the Registration Fee.

 

• We will confirm and schedule your Zoom consultation once we have received payment of the Registration Fee.

 

• We only invite students to continue with the admission process when we believe they have a realistic chance of admission. The Zoom meeting is therefore a personal guidance consultation about your opportunities and next steps – not an additional admission test or sales call.

 

• As the consultation is based on an individual assessment of your application and includes dedicated advisor time and guidance, the Registration Fee covers this service and is non-refundable.

​Next Step: Apply, Receive Admission, and Look Forward​

• After our Zoom consultation, we will review your options together. If we agree to move forward, we will send you our co-operation agreement, confirming that GKX will support you throughout your studies in Denmark.
   

• Once you sign the agreement and pay the deposit, we will start the official application process. You will receive access to our secure student database, Exlink, where you can complete your GKX registration and provide the information needed for your school application.
   

• You will also receive an authorization form that allows GKX to submit the application to the selected school(s) on your behalf.
   

• After that, you can simply wait for your pre-admission confirmation. Your official admission letter is expected to follow in April – and in the meantime, you can start looking forward to life as a student in Denmark!
   

• During the spring, we will also send you plenty of practical information and preparation materials to help you get ready for your new life in Denmark.
